HVAC Control Panel
HVAC panels power and control the air-conditioning plant: chillers, air-handling units, cooling-tower fans and chilled-water pumps. They combine starters or VFDs with interlocks and a BMS interface so the plant runs efficiently.
Panels are built to the equipment schedule and control sequence of your HVAC consultant.

What an HVAC panel controls
An HVAC panel powers and controls the equipment that keeps a building cool and ventilated: chillers, air handling units (AHUs), cooling tower fans, chilled and condenser water pumps, and ventilation or smoke-extract fans. Starters and VFDs are chosen motor by motor, and the panel often provides volt-free contacts or a Modbus link to the building management system (BMS).
Running pumps and fans on VFDs with IE3 or IE4 motors is one of the simplest ways to cut HVAC energy use. For process automation, see the automation control panel; for motor feeders, the MCC panel. More LT panels.
